Falcon Community Alliance · Fundraiser Program

Fundraise Without
the Fundraising.

No catalogs. No cookie dough. No envelopes. Your community partners with the Wasatch Front's most credentialed pest control company — and your organization earns recurring monthly revenue for as long as your supporters stay enrolled.

Who is Falcon?

Credential-led pest control. Not a franchise. Not a call center.

Led by a Board Certified Entomologist

Falcon is run by Trent Frazer, BCE (#B3413) — one of fewer than 500 Board Certified Entomologists worldwide, and the only one in independent commercial practice in Utah. MS in Entomology, University of Florida. Every program is designed by an actual bug scientist — not a salesperson with a script.

Owner-Operated. No Rotating Techs.

Trent personally performs every service. No subcontractors, no 1-800 call center. The person at your door is the person whose name is on the truck — and the credential is on the wall.

Science Drives the Service. Not Sales.

Falcon was built in 2026 on 20+ years of inside experience — top rep, VP of Operations, and Senior Director of QA at a national pest control company. Falcon was founded the opposite way the corporate side runs: no contracts, no upsell pressure, fully aligned with Utah Admin. Code R392-200-18 for school IPM, EPA-registered products only, every service record filed within 24 hours.

Most fundraisers ask families to buy something they don't need. This one funds the group through a service families in Utah already buy every month — from a locally accountable, credential-led company. 20% of every monthly subscription. Forever. Per family enrolled.

Who is this for?

Built for any organized community group.

If your group has parents, members, or supporters who live in Utah's Wasatch Front, Falcon Community Partners can fund it.

School Athletics
School Clubs (Chess, Robotics, Band)
Booster Clubs
Drama / Theater
PTAs & Parent Groups
Church Youth Groups
Scouting & 4-H
501(c)(3) Nonprofits

If your group isn't listed but has a community of supporters, contact Trent directly. We'll likely make it work.

Coaches deserve gear budgets that don't depend on bake sales.

Parents deserve fundraisers that don't ask them to sell to their neighbors.

Your organization deserves revenue that shows up every single month.

And the athlete who shares the link? They earn $150 toward their participation fees — registration, camps, equipment — for every family who enrolls.

How it works

Five steps. That's the whole program.

01

Tell us about your organization. We'll build you a branded micro-site (e.g., falconpestcommand.com/community/your-team).

02

Share your link

Post it on social. Send it home in the team email. Add it to your booster newsletter. That's it.

03

Your community enrolls

Families in your community sign up for pest control through your link. Falcon handles all service, billing, and customer support.

04

Your organization gets paid every month

20% of every enrolled subscription — paid monthly, for the life of the customer.

05

The athlete who shared the link earns fee credit too

$150 is applied toward the athlete's participation fees — registration, camps, or equipment — for every family who enrolls with an 18-month service agreement. Payment is made directly to the program on the athlete's behalf, never to the student.

Two ways the program benefits

Every family that enrolls through a partner's link earns money for two people: the organization, and the person who shared the link.

20%

of every monthly subscription

Paid every month. For as long as the customer stays enrolled. No cap. No expiration. This is recurring revenue — the kind that compounds quietly in the background while you focus on coaching, teaching, and leading.

$150

toward your fees, per signup

$150 is credited toward your participation fees — registration, camps, clinics, equipment. Falcon pays the program directly on your behalf. You earned the credit. Your program applies it to your fees.

One athlete. Four families. $600 in fee credits.

If you bring in just four signups — your mom, your uncle, your cousin, your best friend's family — that's $600 toward your fees. No catalog. No envelope. No knocking on a single stranger's door.

Your mom's house+$150
Your uncle+$150
Your cousin+$150
Your best friend's family+$150
Total fee credit$600

That could cover your entire season — registration, camps, and gear.

$150 fee credit applied when the enrolled customer signs an 18-month service agreement. Credit is paid by Falcon directly to the program toward the athlete's participation fees. One credit per signup. No cap on how many signups one athlete can bring in.

The math

The Math Is Simple. And It Stacks.

For Your Organization

20 families × $79/mo Falcon Pro plan × 20%

$316 / month → $3,792 / year

40 families × $79/mo × 20%

$632 / month → $7,584 / year

Recurring. Every month. For as long as the customer stays enrolled.

Athlete Fee Credits (paid to program, one-time per signup)

20 families enrolled × $150

$3,000 in fee credits applied to participating athletes' registration, camps, and equipment

40 families enrolled × $150

$6,000 in fee credits applied to participating athletes' registration, camps, and equipment

A medium-sized team of 20 enrollments generates roughly $6,792 in the first year alone — split between the organization's monthly revenue and fee credits applied toward participating athletes' registration and program costs. And the organization's monthly revenue continues, year after year.
