Compliance Posture
A. Utah School IPM Compliance
Falcon Pest Control's protocols are designed to support districts' compliance with Utah Admin. Code R392-200-18 ('Pest Management'), which governs pest management in Utah schools. Falcon does not perform routine in-school services as part of the Community Partners program — the fundraiser is a community enrollment program for families' private residences. No services are performed on school property as a function of this partnership unless contracted separately.
B. EPA & Product Disclosure
All products used by Falcon Pest Control are EPA-registered. Falcon operates under an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) philosophy: inspection, monitoring, and targeted treatment using the lowest-impact effective product. Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all products in use are available on request. Falcon does not use restricted-use pesticides in residential applications.
C. Service Documentation
Every service is documented within 24 hours per Utah R68-7 requirements. Records include date, address, products applied, target pests, and applicator license number. Records are retained for the period required by UDAF and are available for audit on request.
